These paintings are about women! Our bodies, our strengths and our insecurities. My ladies portray vulnerability, attitude, defiance, solidarity and sisterhood.
I love to play with proportions, exaggerating hands and feet especially. Emphasising our curves, shapes and angles. I hope to send a message of body confidence, awareness and acceptance throughout my figurative work.
Within my work I also love to play with the concepts of boundaries, of edges, my figures are often contained within the edges of the canvas, pushing against it.
Sometimes twisted and distorted as if captured within the restrictions of the canvas.
I love to paint hands and feet, and paint them LARGE! Expressive, articulate, graceful and quirky, hands add so much more narrative to my portraits, and my ladies have a lot to say!

All sizes are Approximate.
All works on canvas are ready to hang. These are all on stretched Studio Canvases unless specified.
Works on paper or unstretched canvas will require framing (or stretching)
All prices listed include shipping and handling. I use UPS Expedited Worldwide Tracked Shipping.
Please be aware that the shipping duration from Spain can vary but generally takes 3 to 4 weeks.
Any Customs Duties due on delivery are the responsibility of the Buyer.
